Didn't look like much at first but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Walking distance to several good restaurants

Tim & Luz are very gracious Hosts. They were the only motel in town that would accommodate our Alaskan Malamute. The rate was very good too!

I Loved this Motel! It was Dog friendly, and I felt safe there. The managers, although penny pinchers, were fair and very practical people. I cared for them enough to leave my beloved plants with them. I knew they were in good hands. I actually miss being there! I can't say enough good about this hotel, and the family that runs it. I wish more people had the same integrity!

Room was very clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Management was quick to resolve any issues and everyone was professional and well informed. Housekeeping is very thorough and friendly. Motel is perfectly located for shopping and dining out. I would definitely stay here again.

Great deal if you are traveling and just need a place to rest and shower. Clean, great bed, cozy andwarm with tv,microwave, fridge. Tip, tax and room under $80 on xmas. You can park right outside your door. Easy, quiet. Bargain! Nice guy at the desk says they fill every night all year round. Another hotel the same night wanted $200. Sorry, no.

I was going to give it five stars however the deodorizer they used was very strong that we couldn't sleep all night. The price and the service in this hotel is really great. Highly recommend it and if you stay I hope they don't use that much deodorizer in the room.

I appreciated this motel for my one-night stay in Gardnerville. The lady who greeted me and checked me in was very pleasant. My room was very clean and equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, as advertised. I got a good night's sleep there due to the lack of noise. A pleasant place, all round, and I will be happy to return.

Great little mom and pop motel. The room was clean and did not have an odor. There's a good sized mini fridge w/freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker in the room. You can sit outside on your retro metal chair, and enjoy the evening. This was my second time here, and I'll be back next year!

Motel is clean and easy to find. We have been staying here off and on for 15 years. The gentleman that runs the front desk is awesome, very friendly. It is a bit vintage but it's clean.

This is an older motel however it is clean and well kept. The owners are just great. This is the best older Mom & Pop Motel in the Carson Valley. Very safe and quite.
